1. 10:30 AM: Meet at Malecon 663
2. 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM: Walking tour (1.5 hours) in the Centro Habana neighborhood of a farmers' market, winery, bakery, and local shops, and purchase fruits, vegetables, tubers, or herbs, depending on your cooking preferences.
3. Our concierge will explain Cuban gastronomy in French, including seasonal foods, traditions, and challenges.
4. 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM: Cooking class with the chef, explaining each dish step by step.
5. Tasting of the purchased products.
6. 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM: Tasting of the menu created during the class (includes one cocktail).
7. Delivery of prescriptions (in the chosen language SPANISH / ENGLISH / FRENCH).
